Shipping Information
We are pleased to offer reliable and efficient shipping to ensure your products reach you in perfect condition and as quickly as possible.
Shipping Methods
We offer several shipping options, depending on your location and the speed at which you'd like to receive your order:
Standard Shipping: Our most affordable option, with a typical delivery time of 5-7 business days.
Expedited Shipping: For faster delivery, choose our expedited shipping option, with delivery typically within 2-3 business days.
Overnight Shipping: Need your pillow inserts in a hurry? Select overnight shipping for next-day delivery within the continental U.S.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as the delivery method and destination. The shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase.
Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $49 (depending on your location). The discount will be automatically applied at checkout.
Flat Rate Shipping: For smaller orders, we offer flat-rate shipping starting at $49, depending on the shipping method.
Delivery Time
Order Processing: We process orders within 1-2 business days from the moment they are placed. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Domestic Delivery:
Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
Overnight Shipping: Next business day
Please note that delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.
International Shipping: We currently ship within the U.S. and select international destinations. International orders may take longer depending on the customs process, but we will provide tracking details to keep you informed throughout.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the progress of your shipment online and know exactly when to expect your package.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to the U.S. and select international locations. Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time. Packaging
Your order will be carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely and in excellent condition. We use high-quality materials to protect your pillow inserts during transit.
Order Modifications & Address Changes
If you need to modify your order or change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at peggy@acruxretail.com. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to make any changes.
Lost or Damaged Items
While we do everything we can to ensure your order is safely delivered, occasionally issues can arise during transit. If your package is lost, damaged, or if there are any other problems with your shipment, please reach out to us immediately at peggy@acruxretail.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order in a timely manner.
